How tangleteezta handles processing and transit
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4-6 business days. The combined estimated delivery window is therefore normally 5-8 business days, although carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
What tangleteezta customers should know about returns after delivery
Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange, tangleteezta also pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

Where a carrier provides tracking, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
